Waverley Hills is best known for producing organic wines with a unique style, extremely smooth with soft ripe tannins and robust fynbos characteristic. We also produce olives in brine, dried olives and a small amount of olive oil.
The Estate is situated between Tulbagh and Ceres, close to Wolseley, South Africa, at the foothills of the breathtaking Witzenberg Mountain Range.

Intense purple color. Concentrated peppers, violets and sweet plum aroma rounded by the smoky and spicy notes of French oak. The wine here a soft entrance and a long finish of red nectarines and white pepper

Mediterranean characteristic wine made with ripe grapes, bigger egg fade, gives it a warm character. White tropical fruit flavor is supplemented with fresh herbs and egg aromas. An aromatic fynbos character gives the wine extra complexity with a fruity aftertaste
